AgroGalaxy Participações (AGXY3), which is undergoing judicial reorganization, has until April 30, 2027, to bring its share price into compliance with B3’s minimum-price rule. The Brazilian exchange notified the company that its shares have traded below R$1 since September 11, 2026.

B3 asked AgroGalaxy to provide information about the steps it plans to take to address the breach. The deadline is set out in Article 46 of the exchange’s Issuer Regulations.

In a market filing, AgroGalaxy said that if its shares do not rise back to R$1 on their own and remain below that level for at least one month before the deadline, it will submit a share-consolidation proposal to its board of directors.

The proposal would require approval at a general shareholders’ meeting. A consolidation would raise the nominal trading price of the shares, helping the company meet B3’s minimum-price requirement.
