BMW has cut its forecast for the second time this year, warning that its core automotive business may fail to make a profit in 2026. The company said on Tuesday evening that it now expects the segment to reach, at best, break-even before tax, with a loss also possible.
The revised outlook points to a further deterioration in the company’s financial performance, after an already difficult year for BMW and its new chief executive, Milan Nedeljković.
