Two cars collided on Colares Moreira Avenue near the São Francisco roundabout in São Luís on Monday afternoon, leaving one vehicle overturned. No one was injured, according to the report.

Witnesses said one car struck the rear of the other, causing it to overturn on the avenue.

Agents from São Luís’s Municipal Department of Transit and Transport (SMTT) attended the scene. The department said its inspection found that one of the drivers did not have a Brazilian National Driver’s License. Agents issued a traffic citation for the violation.

The SMTT said the drivers reached an agreement at the scene.
