Cyberattacks targeting refrigeration infrastructure in the large-scale distribution sector have spread to Belgium, affecting multiple stores across the country's leading retail chains. The incident has impacted outlets belonging to Delhaize, Carrefour, Spar, and Intermarché.

The attack followed a modus operandi previously observed in France, striking the cooling systems around midnight between Sunday and Monday. According to reports from the Belga news agency, service disruptions have also been detected at an IKEA store.
