Apple’s revenue rose 12% year over year to $114.5 billion in its latest quarter, exceeding expectations, with iPhone sales providing the biggest boost. Chief executive John Ternus said the company also set quarterly records for iPhone revenue and total sales, and that results for the 2025–2026 financial year surpassed previous highs.
Revenue from iPhones climbed 17.5% to $57.56 billion. Analysts had expected the figure to be about $1 billion lower. MacBook sales also beat expectations by roughly $1 billion, reaching $10.79 billion.
Apple’s Services division, which includes the App Store and Apple TV+, recorded revenue of $31.57 billion, also a record.
Despite the strong results, Apple’s forecast for the current quarter disappointed investors. Its shares fell about 4% in after-hours trading on Wall Street. Ternus also told CNBC that supply constraints remain for the company’s first foldable model, the iPhone Duo. After the device went on sale in October, delivery estimates quickly shifted to January.
