Justin Timberlake is set to release a documentary series described as “unfiltered,” according to Variety. The four-part production, directed by Fisher Stevens, is expected to arrive on Apple TV in December, the outlet reported.

The series will reportedly include Janet Jackson discussing the wardrobe incident during the pair’s 2004 Super Bowl halftime performance. Timberlake pulled at Jackson’s top, exposing one of her breasts. He has since faced criticism for not supporting her in the aftermath, which included her being excluded from that year’s Grammy Awards and other professional opportunities, according to the report.

Variety also reports that the documentary will address recent comments by Britney Spears, Timberlake’s former girlfriend.

Timberlake has largely stayed out of the public eye since his “Forget Tomorrow” world tour, which supported his album “Everything I Thought It Was,” released in March 2024. In 2025, he shared that he had been diagnosed with Lyme disease and described its effects during the tour.
