Paris Jackson has reportedly filed a petition in a Los Angeles court seeking the transfer of $600 million from her late father Michael Jackson's estate into a family trust. The 28-year-old musician aims for these funds to benefit herself and her two brothers, Prince and Bigi. According to reports from Page Six, the application is directed against estate executor John Branca, alleging that he controls the siblings with an "iron hand" by dictating when and if they receive money from the inheritance.

Legal representatives for Paris Jackson argue that more than 17 years after the death of the "King of Pop," the trust intended to support his children remains insufficiently funded. This claim is made despite the estate reportedly generating substantial revenue through music rights deals and the sale of assets. However, the estate administration disputes this narrative, citing ongoing legal disputes as a reason for the current situation, according to People magazine.

This new filing is part of a long-standing conflict regarding the management of Michael Jackson's fortune following his death in 2009. The dispute centers on the timing and extent of access the three children should have to their inheritance. A hearing regarding this matter has been scheduled for December 4.
