Russian raids overnight struck power plants and substations in nine Ukrainian regions, as well as railway lines, Ukraine’s energy company DTEK said. The attacks left three power plants unable to generate electricity.

DTEK described the damage as extensive but did not identify the three plants that stopped operating. Large power plants in the Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia and Kharkiv regions were among those hit, according to the report.
