US President Donald Trump lashed out at a Reuters reporter on Thursday following a question about whether he had cancelled a planned campaign rally in Kansas because he was tired of travelling ahead of the midterm elections. The confrontation occurred after Trump arrived at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland.

Trump firmly rejected the suggestion that fatigue was the reason for the cancellation, stating he felt "perfect" after holding what he described as 28 rallies. He clarified that he would instead address supporters in Kansas remotely and planned to travel to Florida the following day.

The interaction quickly turned hostile as Trump called the reporter "sick" and "disgusting." He also criticized Reuters, told the journalist to get in shape, and added the remark, "You look like hell."
