President Donald Trump said Monday that an agreement with Iran “could happen,” despite having said the previous day that he was prepared to deliver a “heavy blow” to the country.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump said oil prices were falling because people believed there would be no war with Iran. He added that Tehran wanted an agreement “as quickly as possible.”
