Trilateral talks involving Russia, the United States and Ukraine are scheduled to take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10 and 11, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed. The Russian delegation will be led by Vladimir Medinsky, an adviser to President Vladimir Putin.
Peskov said the Russian delegation would arrive in Abu Dhabi on November 10 and take part in the discussions over the following two days. Asked whether Putin planned to meet the delegation before its departure, Peskov said no specific plans had been set.
He added that nearly all members of the Russian delegation regularly brief Putin on ongoing matters and receive instructions from the president.
