Siemens is reviewing the many executive titles that have accumulated over decades, with chief human resources officer Judith Wiese describing them as an “artifact from another world.” In an interview with the Süddeutsche Zeitung, she discussed the company’s changing management structure and whether managers will still be needed in the future.
Wiese also addressed concerns about artificial intelligence at Siemens, saying the company’s AI will not destroy the world. The interview took place at the company’s headquarters in Munich.
